Your all-you-care-to-eat dining location, Beatty Dining Commons offers a dining experience featuring a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite. Whether you are looking for something familiar and comforting or interested in expanding your palate you're guaranteed to find it at Beatty Dining Commons.
Sizzle Grill & Griddle serves go-to grill favorites from breakfast to late night. Sal's Pizza brings you the same great Sal's Pizza in your Dining Commons, with Cheese, Pepperoni, and a daily specialty pizza offered daily. Twists Pasta Kitchen serves custom pasta made to order. Stacked is your go-to for custom made sandwiches, wraps, and paninis. Mix salad bar is as fresh as it gets. With seasonal and fresh produce, proteins, and a variety of toppings and dressings to build a delicious salad. Spoonful offers up two freshly made soups, chowders or chilis daily. Grown celebrates whole, plant-based foods and aromatic flavors with recipes that substitute animal protein with nutrient-dense plant alternatives.
For our students with food allergies, intolerances, and other dietary restrictions, we have two locations to help fit your specific needs. Simple Servings provides safe and appetizing food choices for guests with food allergies or a gluten intolerance. The station offers foods without gluten, gluten-containing ingredients and the FDA most-common allergens: tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, and sesame. Although we take precautions, the possibility of cross-contamination with other food does exist. Simple Zone, located in Beatty Dining Commons, this designated area offers products that are free from tree nuts, peanuts and gluten. The Simple Zone at Beatty is also dairy-free. We provide separate equipment to ensure those with celiac disease, food allergies or intolerances have a safe space to prepare their meals.
